Governance Platform v1.0.0-rc.3 Release Notes
Governance Platform v1.0.0-rc.3 is the third release candidate for the v1.0.0 customer release line. This candidate supersedes the outstanding v1.0.0-rc.2 candidate and incorporates the latest product documentation and runtime updates merged during QA week.

Changes Since v1.0.0-rc.2
Section titled “Changes Since v1.0.0-rc.2”- Updates Governance Studio with timestamp handling, evaluation status wording, project settings cleanup, certificate drawer copy updates, API hook/type cleanup, and finalized v1.0.0 product documentation.
- Updates Governance Backend with product documentation, lint and dead-code standardization, governance evaluation and migration refinements, Auth Service environment output and end-to-end coverage improvements, database password escaping, and project credential removal from Governance Service.
- Updates Integrity Service source inputs with finalized v1.0.0 product documentation and README index updates.
- Updates EQTY PDFGen with stricter URL validation coverage.
- Refreshes the docsite release source map so Integrity product documentation is collected into generated v1.0.0 release docs.
Candidate Scope
Section titled “Candidate Scope”- Bumps runtime and umbrella Helm charts to
1.0.0-rc.3. - Pins component source refs, image tags, and image digests in the release manifest.
- Regenerates the Governance Platform umbrella chart lock file.
- Requires customer-like validation with Keycloak and external PostgreSQL before publication.

Before Installing
Section titled “Before Installing”Confirm that the release manifest has validation.evidence.status set to
approved, and use only the chart versions and runtime image tags recorded in
that manifest. Do not mix v1.0.0-rc.3 images or charts with earlier release
candidates.
Release Readiness
Section titled “Release Readiness”This release candidate must remain in beta status until QA validation records the reviewer, reviewed date, and validation notes in the release manifest.
