Deployment Overview

Governance Platform is installed on Kubernetes through the governance-platform umbrella chart. The public deployment repository is the release aggregator for charts, release manifests, customer examples, helper scripts, generated references, and documentation provenance.

  • PostgreSQL, either co-deployed or external depending on customer architecture

Release Artifacts

Every customer release should include:

  • Release manifest
  • Packaged charts and checksums
  • Runtime image tags and digests
  • Example values and secrets templates
  • Connected installation package
  • Optional air-gap package when enabled for the release
  • Published docs URL when a host has been selected
  • Documentation source commit and validation workflow URL in the release manifest

Use the umbrella chart for customer installs. Component charts are published for reference and advanced support scenarios, but the umbrella chart is the supported default.
