Declarations and Reviews
Declarations record evidence or assertions about control implementation. Reviews record reviewer assessment and feedback for a declaration or control.
Declarations
Section titled “Declarations”Users can submit declarations from a control view. A declaration can include a statement, structured metadata, and evidence attachments. Automated declaration creation may also occur from indicator evaluation workflows when the governance worker is configured.
Reviews
Section titled “Reviews”Reviewers use reviews to accept, question, or comment on submitted evidence. Reviews appear in the activity timeline so teams can understand how control status changed over time.
Evidence
Section titled “Evidence”Evidence attachments are stored by Governance Service using the configured object storage provider. Production deployments should use a real storage provider rather than mock storage.
