Governance Studio Troubleshooting
Use this page for first-line diagnosis of browser, login, and API connectivity issues.
Login Fails
Section titled “Login Fails”Check that the selected identity provider is configured consistently in
Governance Studio and Auth Service. Governance Studio accepts auth0, entra,
or keycloak as runtime provider values. Redirect URIs, issuer URLs, client
IDs, and allowed origins must match the customer platform domain.
Pages Load But Data Is Missing
Section titled “Pages Load But Data Is Missing”Verify that Governance Studio runtime config points at the correct Governance Service, Auth Service, and Integrity Service ingress paths. Then check service health and browser network responses for authorization errors.
Lineage Is Missing
Section titled “Lineage Is Missing”Confirm the lineage feature flag is enabled and Integrity Service is deployed, healthy, and reachable through the configured ingress path.
Attachments Fail
Section titled “Attachments Fail”Confirm Governance Service storage provider configuration and object storage credentials. Production environments should not use mock attachment storage.
