Backup and Restore
Customer operators are responsible for backing up platform data according to their environment and compliance requirements.
Data to Back Up
Section titled “Data to Back Up”- PostgreSQL databases used by Auth Service, Governance Service, and Integrity Service.
- Object storage buckets or containers used for evidence attachments.
- Blob storage used by Integrity Service.
- Helm values and secrets files, stored securely.
- Release manifest and package metadata for the installed version.
Before Upgrade
Section titled “Before Upgrade”Always take a PostgreSQL backup before upgrade. Also preserve current Helm values and the installed release manifest so rollback decisions are traceable.
Restore Guidance
Section titled “Restore Guidance”Restore procedures depend on customer infrastructure. Validate restore in a non-production environment before relying on it for production recovery.
