Release Manifest

The release manifest is the source of truth for a Governance Platform customer release.

  • Platform version and release type.
  • Kubernetes minimum version and architecture.
  • Source repositories and source refs.
  • Runtime image repositories, tags, digests, and source SHAs.
  • Helm chart names, versions, and OCI references.
  • Validation status and evidence.
  • Documentation provider, version, state, source repository, source commit, validation workflow URL, source format, and published URL when a host is selected.

Use the release manifest to confirm that install commands, image mirrors, upgrade plans, and support tickets all refer to the same platform release.

For self-hosted docs, the docs section should set provider to self-hosted, set sourceRepository to eqtylab/governance-platform-docs, set sourceFormat to mdx, and record the docs sourceCommit and workflowRunUrl once the release docs gate passes. The url can remain unset until the external hosting provider is selected.
