Release Manifest
The release manifest is the source of truth for a Governance Platform customer release.
What It Records
Section titled “What It Records”- Platform version and release type.
- Kubernetes minimum version and architecture.
- Source repositories and source refs.
- Runtime image repositories, tags, digests, and source SHAs.
- Helm chart names, versions, and OCI references.
- Validation status and evidence.
- Documentation provider, version, state, source repository, source commit, validation workflow URL, source format, and published URL when a host is selected.
How Customers Use It
Section titled “How Customers Use It”Use the release manifest to confirm that install commands, image mirrors, upgrade plans, and support tickets all refer to the same platform release.
Documentation Metadata
Section titled “Documentation Metadata”For self-hosted docs, the docs section should set provider to
self-hosted, set sourceRepository to
eqtylab/governance-platform-docs, set sourceFormat to mdx, and record the
docs sourceCommit and workflowRunUrl once the release docs gate passes. The
url can remain unset until the external hosting provider is selected.
