Policy Manifests and Certificates
Integrity Service helps create the durable records behind policy manifests and compliance certificates.
Policy Manifests
Section titled “Policy Manifests”A policy manifest summarizes the policy context and supporting governance evidence for a claim. It helps users and auditors understand what evidence was considered when a certificate or governance record was produced.
Certificates
Section titled “Certificates”Compliance certificates represent issued governance claims. Integrity Service supports certificate issuance and credential status workflows, while Governance Studio presents the user-facing credential views.
Revocation
Section titled “Revocation”When a credential is revoked, users should no longer rely on it as active evidence. Revocation can happen when governance work is archived, a decision changes, or the certificate should no longer be trusted.
Review Guidance
Section titled “Review Guidance”- Confirm project, policy, and subject information before issuing a certificate.
- Review related declarations, reviews, indicators, and lineage records.
- Keep certificate issuance aligned with the organization’s approval process.
- Revoke credentials when they should no longer be accepted.
