Prerequisites

Confirm these prerequisites before installing Governance Platform.

Platform Access

• Kubernetes cluster access with permission to install Helm releases.
• Namespace strategy for platform components.
• Ingress controller, DNS records, and TLS certificates for the customer domain.
• Image registry access for connected installs or a private mirror for restricted installs.

Identity and Access

• Auth0, Microsoft Entra, or Keycloak configured for the deployment.
• Authorized callback and logout URLs for Governance Studio.
• Administrative users identified for organization and project setup.

Data and Secrets

• PostgreSQL plan, either external or chart-managed according to customer policy.
• Object storage for attachments and evidence artifacts.
• Key-management provider for signing and credential workflows.
• Approved secret-management process for credentials, API secrets, signing configuration, and database access.

Operational Readiness

• Backup and restore plan.
• Monitoring and alerting ownership.
• Support contacts for identity provider, Kubernetes, database, registry, object storage, and key-management systems.
• Release manifest available for the platform version being installed.
